RRV&W has a fully equipped car repair facility in Breckenridge, Minnesota. Our facility is equipped to handle light and medium repairs to grain cars and many other types of freight cars.

RRV&W will bid on work to repair or upgrade your entire fleet, or will repair individual cars damaged in our service region.

Our spacious service facilities enable us to give careful attention to your equipment. We can service many pieces of equipment simultaneously. • Demurrage Calendar
  Click HERE for our calendar. This demurrage chart applies to all freight cars actually or constructively placed for loading or unloading and is based on tariff rules in effect at time of issuance.  Applicable tariff revisions, special contract provisions or ICC Service orders must be taken into consideration.

  Freight Program

• Purpose:
  To enhance the efficiency of local traffic and to ensure the timely fulfillment of local car orders.

• Origins: All stations on the RRVW.

• Destinations: All stations on the RRVW as listed.  Cargill, Wahpeton, ND: Red River Grain, Breckenridge, MN: MinnKota Ag Products, Breckenridge, MN: CHS, Kindred, ND; Sigco, Breckenridge, MN; Horizon Milling, Fairmount, ND, & Bernard Station, ND.

• Procedure: Orders will be accepted by the destination facility only.    The number of car orders accepted will be based on want date and  shipping history, when demand exceeds supply.

• Orders must be faxed to 218-643-4980 (RRVW to provide form).

• Confirmation with car order # will be sent back to customer via fax.

• All local freight orders that are unfilled 20 days after want date will be terminated. (see above schedule)

• ALL OTHER RULES AND ACCESSORIAL CHARGES (car order cancellation, demurrage, return of loaded cars, etc) AS OUTLINED IN OUR TARIFF, RRVW 8000-A WILL APPLY.
